Le groupe Malice, qui avait sorti deux excellents albums de heavy metal dans les années 80, vient de se reformer pour une tournée d'été en 2007, qui sera suivie par l'enregistrement d'un nouvel album.

MALICE Resurrected; Guitarist Jay Reynolds Comments

Guitarist Jay Reynolds of '80s Los Angeles metal legends MALICE (also in METAL CHURCH) has contacted BW&BK with news that the band have just completed rehearsals in LA.

The band's new singer, Brian Allen (also in LAST EMPIRE) is currently in the studio finishing tracks for the band's second album.

Drummer Pete Holmes is leaving for Japan in a few days to do the MICHAEL SCHENKER tour of Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, etc.

Says Jay, "We are now writing for a new Malice album and the band intends to be heavier than before. Personally, I'm just happy to be in two of the best true metal bands to come from the USA in the 80s."

Malice are also planning European festival dates for summer 2007 and plan to issue DVDs featuring performance footage shot in the '80s.

On the Metal Church front, Jay states, "The initial reaction to our January/February winter '07 tour has been so good that the tour has been extended and new dates are still being added. The sales of Light In The Dark have already surpassed Masterpeace and Weight Of The World!!"
