| THE PROPHECY - Revelations Album Now Due In February British doom metallers THE PROPHECY will now see their new album, Revelations (NoFace/Copro Records), released on February 5th. Revelations is The Prophecy’s second full-length album, their follow-up to the Ashes album, which was released on Black Death - a fledgling label run by members of Doom legends MY DYING BRIDE. Since the release of Ashes the band have been touring - almost incessantly - across Europe and even as far as America with their brand of death/doom. Ashes sold almost 2,000 units, despite extremely limited distribution. Revelations tracklisting: 'Odyssey', 'Rivers', 'Cascades', 'Willow’s Hope', 'Revelations', 'Of Darkness', 'Broken. | THE PROPHECY To Play Gig In Aid Of Cancer Research; New Pre-Production Track Online British progressive doom metallers THE PROPHECY check in with the following update: "The Prophecy will be appearing at a number of local shows with Northern Ireland metal heros HONEY FOR CHRIST. The last show at the Snooty fox in Wakefield will be played in aid of Cancer Research so make sure you come along for a top night out! The band continue to finalize the tracks for the new CD. The band have provisionally booked in to Priory Studios in Sutton Coalfields. A track from the last pre-production can be heard on the MySpace player." | |
