METAL CHURCH To Host The Classic Metal Show On Saturday, February 3rdThe Classic Metal Show, a 6-hour live request show that features “Classic Metal” (melodic hard rock and metal ranging from as light as POISON to as heavy as SLAYER), has announced that the five current members of Metal Church will host The Classic Metal Show on Saturday, February 3rd.
Kurdt Vanderhoof, Ronnie Munroe, Jay Reynolds, Jeff Plate and Steve Unger will discuss their current album, A Light In The Dark (out now on SPV Records) as well as the history of the band, the passing of David Wayne, and their involvement in other bands including
MALICE, TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA, CHRIS CAFFERY BAND,

Metal Church and
MELIAH RAGE cancelled their live shows last night (January 21) at Petit Campus in Montreal, QC and tonight (January 22nd) at Lee's Palace in Toronto, ON. No reason was given for the cancellations although BW&BK sources say that "Canadian border issues" were part of the problem.
Meliah Rage were forced to play instrumental sets in Topeka, Kansas and St. Paul, Minnesota due to the passing of singer Paul Souza's father.
