ARCTICFLAME Introduce New Guitarist

US power metallers ARCTICFLAME have issued the following update:

"Hello, everyone and welcome back.

The new ArcticFlame guitarist is Steve Demalion formerly of Tacoma, Washington. There are a couple of pics of him from a prior band, on the photo page.

Steve brings some great metal guitar work, plus a new energy to that side of the stage that was missing before. Look out for Steve's first public appearance with AF in mid-April. Date and place will be confirmed this weekend.

ArcticFlame's blaze just got a bit hotter!!"

The band had previously stated, "He played in the rock band WARRIOR, and toured Canada and the US for 3 years. He then played in TATTERDEMALION, a thrash metal band in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada in the mid 90's. After a stint in the US Army, he found himself in various original and cover bands. He now resides in Eatontown, NJ."

New Jersey metallers ARCTIC FLAME have issued the following update regarding their recent activities in the studio preparing for their next release:

"Drums were completed early yesterday morning. The remaining two songs 'Disciples Of The Flame' and 'Won't Sleep Till I'm Dead' (tentative title) were finished very quickly, much to the drummers surprise."

"We came in and started 10:30 AM and were done tracking both songs a little past 11:30 AM", states the ArcticFlame sticksman. "This has been the most fun I've had in the studio ever. Everything went very smoothly and Dave had me doing things I would have never thought of. Some Bonham-like fills and other techniques are going to make the drums stand out more than the first CD. I'm very happy the way things turned out". The next step will have the drummer and producer going over the tracks and making sure they're exactly the way they want them. Then it's on to the guitars."
