Michael Bormann On Vocals! New album "Book Of The Dead" to be released in May 2007!

Sweden - March 9th, 2007 - [PR] - Our new lead singer is no other than Michael Bormann (Germany). Known for his work in bands like "Jaded Heart", "Bonfire", "J.R. Blackmore" and "Rain" to name a few. Sounding heavier than ever, his powerful voice adds another dimension to bloodbound.

After a lot of emails and phone calls Michael finally arrived in Bollnäs Sweden on the 27th of January to meet the band and to record the vocals for bloodbounds forthcoming album "Book Of The Dead". We hit it off straight away and had a great time with Michael, both doing some serious recording and some heavy partying...


We are very pleased with Michaels performace on the album and the new heavier sound his voice brings to the band. Sounding like a mix between Jorn Lande/Joe Lynn Turner/Coverdale yet with a personal touch he will surely turn some heads with his outstanding performance on this album.

BLOODBOUND - Singer MICHAEL BORMANN Confirmed As New Frontman, Audio Samples From New Album Available

It was reported back in September 2006 that vocalist Kristian Andrén (MEMENTO MORI) had replaced original singer Urban Breed (ex-TAD MOROSE) behind the microphone in BLOODBOUND, but the band has now confirmed their new lead singer is Michael Bormann of JADED HEART fame. They have issued the following update:
