DOMAIN Commence Work On New Album

German power metallers DOMAIN, who recently released their 20th anniversary album Stardawn via LMP, have started work on their upcoming album with recent additions: Chity Somapala (ex-FIREWIND, AVALON, FARO) on vocals and Steven Wussow (SHYLOCK) on bass guitar.

According to a press release, "guitarist and producer Axel Ritt used an opportunity while a break of the intensive song-writing and rehearsal works to visit the Musikmesse Frankfurt, which resulted in a personal invitation for the Warwick Award party at the Maritim hotel Frankfurt. There, the newly added Framus endorser partied with with such famous artists like Kerry King (SLAYER), Yenz Leonhardt (LACRIMOSA), bass legend Jonas Hellborg and the son of bass-godfather Jaco Pastorius, Felix Pastorius. Two live-shows will mix up the pre-production of the upcoming Domain album: May 13th, they will headline the third festival day at the Rock am See"-Festival in Schotten-Rainrod, Germany. On July 21st, the band will be a part of the Angeldays-Festival in Greuthalle Aalen, Germany."
