BLITZKRIEG, TYGERS OF PAN TANG Guitarist Forms EARTHROD; Members Wanted

Former BLITZKRIEG member Glenn S. Howes is forming a new band called EARTHROD. Earthrod has been an experimental side recording/project of Howes for many years however, due to demand and label interest is now being organized into an ongoing concern with Howes taking the role of lead vocalist/frontman.

He is mainly known as the lead guitarist/songwriter with legendary metal band Blitzkrieg however, has also had successful stints with the TYGERS OF PAN TANG and AVENGER. Howes is also an established lead vocalist spending some years recording vocals as a session singer, as well time with a JUDAS PRIEST tribute band and of course recording Earthrod.

Says Glenn, "Its gonna have that classic song writing of bands such as Judas Priest, RAINBOW, SABBATH, QUEENSRŸCHE, etc however, it will be darker and extremely heavy!". I'm auditioning at the moment and would like to hear from more drummers and guitarists. Im looking for people who like classic metal but can relate to modern heavier metal as well".
