BENEDICTION - Seeking Audio/Video Recordings From Fans




BENEDICTION has issued the following notice to fans worldwide:

"Hello people, Benediction are looking for any live recordings you nice fans might have acquired over the years. They are looking for audio and video recordings of the band in any format. They are busy putting together a double-DVD and double-CD with the full history of the band. If your recording is used, you will be credited on the covers and receive two free copies for yourself and a copy of the new album Killing Music. So get looking through your cassette tapes, VHS, DVD and CD-Rs so the band can get their fans involved with the making of this release. Oh yes, Hurry Up!"

BENEDICTION - Upcoming North American Tour Cancelled

According to the official website run by popular West Springfield, VA venue Jaxx, BENEDICTION have cancelled their scheduled North American tour "due to immigration problems." The band was due to play Jaxx on October 7th.

Details regarding the cancellation will be revealed as we get them.

BENEDICTION - North American Tour Cancellation Explained

BENEDICTION has issued the following statement in regard to the cancellation of their forthcoming North American tour:

"We have postponed the tour later this year. Reasons? Working visas mainly. We seem to be able to use British passports to get into just about every other country in the world with no problem except the country which in political circles is our closest ally and friend! Minor offences up to 15 years in the past can cause great concern to the authorities that be. This includes late payments of fines/drunk and or disorderly. This it seems makes you a national risk! The usual shit. We'll try and get out there in early 2008 (if the immigration/visa department let certain people in the gang in!) Sorry about that. Shit happens. Get over it, we have. We'll sort it."
