THE CULT - HD DVD Of New York Performance Available In Canada In August

Fontana North will issue THE CULT's high definition DVD release, The Cult New York City, on August 28th.

The performance was recorded at The Filmore in New York City at the end of the band's 2006 US tour, and includes the following tracklisting:

The Cult will release their new album, their first new studio album since 2001, entitled Born Into This, via their new deal with Roadrunner, in conjunction with The Cult's imprint label, New Wilderness, on October 2nd in North America.

Born Into This is currently being recorded in London with producer Youth (VERVE, PRIMAL SCREAM).
