VIXEN's Jan Kuehnemund: "It's Almost Like Starting Over

Saviours Of Rock's J.L. has issued an interview with VIXEN founding member Jan Kuehnemund. The following is an excerpt from the chat:

Q: How are you and what's in the works for you at the moment?

A: "We’re great! We’re looking forward to the release of our Live in Sweden album in Europe and the rest of the world, as well as a DVD of the Sweden rock performance in the coming months. We’re also gearing up for some U.S. and European touring this fall, and we’ve been writing songs for the next studio album as well. I guess we’re pretty busy!"

Q: This band has been up and down in the past, how have things been panning out for this lineup?

A: "Very well. It’s a slow process since it’s almost like starting over again, after so many years since the original line-up broke up. But we’ve been playing and writing together since 2001 and we’re finally beginning to see the fruits of our labor. The response to the new material and live show has been great!"
