As previously reported, Amon Amarth's upcoming album, With Oden On Our Side, was recorded at Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Sweden with producer Jens Bogren. The album will be released on September 22nd (G/A/S) /September 25th (Europe) via Metal Blade Europe. The North American release is scheduled for October 3rd.

As previously reported, Nuclear Blast issued a Special Tour Edition of Wintersun's self-titled debut album, which was originally released in 2004. The track list will be the same but the package will feature a live DVD containing footage from the band's performance the Summer Breeze Open Air. More details will be revealed soon.

The release will be a precursor to Wintersun's upcoming tour with AMON AMARTH and TYR in November. Dates are as follows:

Wintersun are currently working on a new album, entitled Time. The track list is as follows: 'Sons Of Winter And Stars', 'Land Of Snow And Sorrow', 'Time', 'Fire', 'One With The Shadows', 'Storm' and 'Silver Leaves'. The album is over 65 minutes in length.

Wintersun features former ENSIFERUM frontman Jari Mäenpää.
