A strictly limited mailorder edition of NIGHTWISH's new album, Dark Passion Play, is now available through the Nuclear Blast offices in Germany for €50. It is in the shape of a plaque award (plexiglass relief box – dimensions: 18cm x 18cm x 3cm) and contains the bonus CD featured in the digi-pack version of the album plus a second bonus CD containing one brand new bonus track and unreleased demo versions of 'Meadows Of Heaven' and 'The Poet And The Pendulum' with bassist Marco Hietala on vocals.

Nuclear Blast have issued the following update with regards to the limited mailorder edition of NIGHTWISH's new album, Dark Passion Play:

"Unfortunately, some technical issues appeared during the production of the strictly limited, exclusive Nightwish Dark Passion Play box As a consequence, we still don´t have all pre-ordered box sets in stock and can't send them out. We´re operating day and night to get this problem solved. But as long as it´s not fixed, we have ask for your understanding – we´re very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you!"

ERIC MARTIN: "Rock In General Is More Popular Overseas Than It Is In America"

www.GlamMetal.com has issued an interview with former MR. BIG singer ERIC MARTIN (SCRAP METAL), conducted by Deb Rao. The following is an excerpt from the interviw:

Q: It seems like 80's music is becoming so popular again. Would you say it is coming full circle?

A: "Everything, rock in general is more popular overseas than it is in America. Maybe I am just talking about the charts, because I haven't really been out there and seen the bands. Most of the bands that I see, are the 80's or 90's bands, which I love. I don't listen to anything new. I like John Mayer, and Nickelback who are on the radio more than anybody I know. There is a huge resurgence in Europe, especially England for the 80's or 90's rock and Mr. Big as well."
