CRIMSON GLORY - Fans Advised To Ignore CDuniverse.com Sales Of Album "Re-Issues" Featuring Bonus Tracks



Call this a buyer beware post. CDuniverse.com is advertising French import re-issues of CRIMSON GLORY's first two albums, the self-titled debut - re-named Lost Reflection on the page - and second album Transcendence as containing two bonus tracks and being available for purchase. Both titles are listed as being released through Greek label Black Lotus Records, which went out of business several months ago. In addition, there is no cover art posted for either CD, and one would assume the re-issues would differ slightly from the originals.

CRIMSON GLORY Blow Opportunity To Play 34,000 Tons Of Metal Cruise?

According to a post by an irate fan at CRIMSON GLORY's official fan forum, the band was invited to play this year's installment of Sweden Rock's 34,000 Tons Of Metal Cruise. The individual reportedly has links to Sweden Rock and stated initially that "they (the magazine) are still waiting for the signed contract." In a following post, it was reported "now it's official that Sweden Rock Magazine got tired of waiting for anything to happen."

CRIMSON GLORY - Pictures From St. Petersburg Set Available Online As Slideshow


As previously reported, the BEN JACKSON GROUP - featuring CRIMSON GLORY guitarist Ben Jackson - opened for KAMELOT in St. Petersburg on September 16th. The set closed with a short Crimson Glory set featuring all original band members except for vocalist Midnight. Second drummer/vocalist Jesse Rojas was also part of the line-up. Pictures from Crimson Glory's appearance at this year's Rockwave Festival in Athens, Greece, which included Midnight, are expected to be uploaded on the page soon.

CRIMSON GLORY Frontman MIDNIGHT - Three Audio Samples From M2 Solo Album Available For Streaming

CRIMSON GLORY frontman Midnight has posted a photograph of his latest painting, entitled Mermaid Song, at his official MySpace page http://www.myspace.com/t42midnight . It can also be viewed on the left (click to enlarge).

In addition, audio samples of three acoustic songs from his M2 - Descending Into Madness solo effort can be found at the same location. The songs on offer are 'Carnival', 'The End' and 'Mermaids'

As previously reported, Midnight released a limited edition of M2 - Descending Into Madness, on May 11th. Only 112 copies were made and were sold at a cost of $50.00 in approximately 12 hours via his official website. A second run of the album is in planning but has been delayed until further notice.

As previously reported, original Crimson Glory frontman Midnight has created a new painting called Mermaid (click the image on the left to enlarge). It is now up for auction.
