MEGADETH Band Assistant Passes



MEGADETH are reporting:

Evie Carrano, from Chicago, was a Local Masseuse, a Tour Masseuse, a Cotton Tech (merch person), a Band Assistant, and much, much more. She had just recently finished her first gig as a Tour Manager. Evie toured with LAMB OF GOD on Gigantour 2006. Gigantour and Megadeth Jr. Manager, Tracey Wiedeman had these words to say: "Evie was one of those kind and caring souls that are sometimes hard to find in the music industry. She was smart, funny and genuine and every time Evie walked into a room she always brought a soothing peace with her no matter how hectic things may have been."

Evie succumbed to leukemia Tuesday night, surrounded by her loving family. Our condolences to Evie's family, she will be missed.
