BANG TANGO's Joe Leste Hospitalized, Misses Long Island Show On Thursday night, July 31st, the
FASTER PUSSYCAT,
LA GUNS, BANG TANGO tour rolled into The Crazy Donkey in Farmingdale, NY. But Bang Tango was conspicuously absent from the night as singer Joe Leste was reportedly hospitalized before the show with a bleeding ulcer.
Members of LA Guns asked the audience to keep a good thought for Leste and said they hoped to have him back for the next night's show at The Haunt in Yonkers, NY.
Besides Bang Tango's absence, the show went off without a hitch. New York's own DAVID SHAW & THE ROUND TRIP opened and rocked the house, debuting songs from an upcoming disc while prepping for a west coast tour to begin next week.
Chicago's
THE DOGS DIVINE, who joined the tour package last week put their unique punk/glam style on display.
Meanwhile LA Guns and Faster Pussycat had the crowd pumped the whole night long.
The tour continues through September and Leste is expected to recover and continue on the trek.
