Bulgaria's Sofia News Agency has issued the following report:

The long-delayed album from rock icons GUNS N' ROSES is to hit shelves worldwide November 22nd, Virginia Records/ Universal Music Group told Novinite on Tuesday.

Once released, it will be their first album of original studio material since the simultaneous release of Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II in September 1991.

The 14-track album labeled as "one of the most highly anticipated albums in rock history" is co-produced by Axl Rose and Caram Costanzo and the single 'Chinese Democracy' has already been released.

"The release of Chinese Democracy marks a historic moment in rock n' roll," Irving Azoff and Andy Gould, Guns N' Roses' co-managers, said in a statement.

"And we're launching with a monumental campaign that matches the groundbreaking sound of the album itself.

"Guns N' Roses fans have every reason to celebrate, for this is only the beginning."

Guns N' Roses have released a new widget which has a countdown to the November 23rd release date of their long-delayed Chinese Democracy album. The widget also features an audio stream of the title-track new single, see below.

As previously reported, Chinese Democracy is said to include a 23-page booklet and contain the following songs:

GUNS N' ROSES Uploader To Plead Guilty

The Los Angeles man arrested on accusations that he uploaded nine previously unreleased GUNS N' ROSES songs from the upcoming Chinese Democracy album has agreed to plead guilty to one federal count of copyright infringement as part of a deal, authorities said Monday.

"Yes. There is a plea deal," Los Angeles federal prosecutor Craig Missakian said in a telephone interview.

Kevin Cogill, who the FBI said confessed to uploading the nine songs last summer to his music site, antiquiet, is scheduled to enter a plea December 8th. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Still, authorities reduced the charge from a felony to a misdemeanor last month — a move that exposes him to a maximum one-year prison term, down from the previous five years. Because of an acceptance of responsibility and the defendant's lack of a criminal record, the 27-year-old Cogill is likely to receive substantially less time, if any.

"His sentence is up to a judge," Missakian said.

Cogill's attorney, David Kaloyanides, was not immediately available for comment. It was not known whether the 27-year-old Cogill, as part of the deal, must acknowledge where he obtained the nine tracks he is accused of uploading on June 18th.

The Recording Industry Association of America brought the case to the FBI's attention, according to court records.

As previously reported, Guns N' Roses will release Chinese Democracy on November 23rd. It's slated to include the following 14 songs:

GUNS N' ROSES Management Steps Up - "There Are No Plans For A Reunion, Nor Have There Been Any Discussions Of A Reunion With Former Band Members"

Guns N' Roses will not stage a reunion with their former members, the band's manager has said.

Ex-guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan have both been linked to a possible return alongside Axl Rose since the release of 'Chinese Democracy' in September.

However, in a statement, manager Irving Azoff said: "There are no plans for a reunion, nor have there been any discussions of a reunion, with former Guns N' Roses band members. In the future, we hope that if media have any questions concerning GN'R, they'd at least check their facts before running inaccurate stories for their own benefit."

Azoff made no comment on whether Rose planned to return to the road in 2009.

Slash embraced the recent release of 'Chinese Democracy' in a recent interview but said he didn't know about any reunion plans.

Sales of of the album, which arrived after a fourteen year wait, have continued to fall below expectations in the US, where it failed to claim the number one position.

Label bosses at Geffen Records are understood to have shouldered much of the blame on frontman Axl Rose, who has been out of contact for two months.
