SEVEN WITCHES Confirm Dates For New York, New Jersey; JACK FROST Clears Up Lineup Situation In response to the confusion as to whether or not vocalist Alan Tecchio is still in SEVEN WITCHES now that James Rivera is back in the picture singing on the next record and playing some live dates, Jack Frost has released the following statement:
“Alan is still the singer in Seven Witches and we will do another record together but for the time being he is taking a leave of absence. Deadly Sins was our best selling album to date and I am very proud of what he and I have created. For 2009, Alan has commitments with his band
HADES among other projects.
With James back in the fold we thought it would be really special to include him on the next record. If all goes according to plan, James’ schedule with
HELSTAR will not interfere with
Seven Witches and vice versa.
Also, bassist Kevin Bolembach (who played on Amped and Deadly Sins) is still in the familybut has moved on to commit more time to his band called INFERNOPHONIC (

Seven Witches were recently confirmed for the Nightmare Metal Fest taking place in San Antonio, TX at The Warehouse. Go to the festival
website for more info.
The current lineup for Seven Witches is
James Rivera (Helstar) on vocals,
Mike LePond (
SYMPHONY X) on bass,
Jack Frost on guitar, and
Taz Marazz on drums.
Recently confirmed shows include:
March 27- Penny Arcade - Rochester, New York
28 - Dingbats - Clifton, New Jersey
The band has already finished three songs with drums with
Joey Vera (
ARMORED SAINT, FATES WARNING) at the helm co-producing and mixing. The record is pretty much written and when Jack returns from NAMM he will start doing the basic tracks in January. When Seven Witches start rehearsing in February for their upcoming live dates James will lay down his vocals.
Stay tuned for more upcoming dates and info about the new record.
