SHADOWS FALL Drummer Jason Bittner: Drum Book Artwork Revealed


SHADOWS FALL drummer Jason Bittner's website has been updated to reveal the artwork (pictured) for his new drum book/DVD, titled Drumming Out Of The Shadows - The Music Of Jason Bittner And Shadows Fall.

Produced by Carl Fisher Publications, Drumming Out Of The Shadows is a series of drum transcriptions from some of Shadows Fall's most popular cuts.

The title is set for release this month, more details to follow.

Jason previously commented on the release, stating, "This book will include full transcription charts for the whole War Within record, 3 songs of Art Of Balance ('Thoughts', 'Destroyer', 'Idiot Box'), plus 3 songs from Fallout ('In Effigy', 'Will To Rebuild' and 'Going, Going, Gone').

Also included will be a play along CD of the entire War Within album without drum tracks so the listener can play along as well, as well as my 3 part "double-bass crash course" that was printed this year in Modern Drummer, plus interviews, pics, etc."
