The Los Angeles based quintet has announced that they will be joining up with FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, BURY YOUR DEAD and ANOTHER BLACK DAY for a massive North American tour. The two month long trek, which kicks off on October 4th, features the band in the direct support slot so fans can expect a stellar 45 minute set, which also serves as the launch of their worldwide touring campaign for their new offering. Chris Howorth (guitars) states: “We just got home from our DEVILDRIVER and OZZFest 2008 run of shows and I gotta say it was a fantastic experience. Devildriver are like family to us and it was so much fun to spend a week with them playing shows leading up to OZZFest. All the shows were packed with Devildriver and IN THIS MOMENT fans and everyone was there to have a good time, we got to test out a bunch of our new songs and they went over great with the Texas fans. Next stop Dallas and OZZFest, this is our second OZZFest and we are honored to be playing the main stage this year, it is a surreal experience to play such a huge show.
The next big thing on the horizon for ITM is our tour with 5FDP in October. We are so stoked about this as it’s been months since our last real tour and we are dying to get out there and see our fans again. We have a new album and this tour is the perfect way to get the ball rolling. Five Finger Death Punch is kicking ass everywhere right now and we are excited to be jumping on this tour with them. Jeff and I used to play in a band with Matt (5FDP) before In This Moment or 5FDP existed, so it will be like hanging out with old friends. It’s a great package and we are hitting all the major cities in the U.S. playing some great venues, so come out and join the party.”
