VOICES OF ROCK Album Due Out In July




To create the VOICES OF ROCK for AOR Heaven, two of Germany's leading melodic rock producers and songwriters joined forces - Chris Lausmann (BONFIRE, JADED HEART, FRONTLINE) and Michael Voss (MAD MAX, CASANOVA). Besides writing and producing all the songs the most fascinating challenge for Lausmann/Voss was to put together a team of legendary voices from all over the world. The final result is an international high class album full of outstanding performances.
Featured vocalists (one song each):
James Christian (HOUSE OF LORDS), Jean Beauvoir (CROWN OF THORNS), Göran Edman (YNGWIE MALMSTEEN/STREET TALK), Gary Barden (MSG), Harry Hess (HAREM SCAREM), Robin Beck, Terry Brock (STRANGEWAYS/SLAMER), Dan Reed (DAN REED NETWORK), Steve Overland (FM/SHADOWMAN), Johnny Gioeli (HARDLINE /AXEL RUDI PELL).

Joining Chris and Michael and the assembled vocalists are: Bertram Engel - drums; Angel G. Schleifer (ex-Bonfire) - lead guitars; Tommy Denander (RADIOACTIVE) - lead guitars.

German Producers Chris Lausmann (SAE, MS Productions) and Michael Voss (Kidroom Music, A minor Records) are this year's winners of the ´SAE Alumni Award 2007´ that went in to the third round, in the category: Best Music Production
With a taste of their album Voices of Rock - MMVII (AOR Heaven) that featured both on songwriting, engineering, editing and consulting and moreover brought artists like: Dan Reed, Robin Beck or Jean Beauvoir, just to name a few, for this unique international worldwide cooperating recording, together; they convinced the jury:
