HIGH ON FIRE Post Second In-Studio Video Update

HIGH ON FIRE has posted a second video teaser of the band hard at work on their new album. To view this sneak peak at the new record, please click here. This still-as-yet-untitled record is expected to see September ’07 release.

As previously announced, High On Fire will be performing a number of shows in July throughout the Mid-West U.S. Included in that run of dates is an appearance at the city of Chicago’s annual Wicker Park Summer Fest. HIGH ON FIRE - 'Rumors Of War' To See Headbanger’s Ball Premiere.


HIGH ON FIRE will see the televised premiere of their 'Rumors Of War' video, the band’s first from their Death Is This Communion album, on this weekend’s edition of Headbanger’s Ball. The video was lensed in Los Angeles, CA by director / producer Soren (UNEARTH, CEPHALIC CARNAGE, GREELEY ESTATES). Tune in to MTV2’s Headbanger’s Ball this Saturday, December 8th to catch the video’s network premiere.

The band are currently in the middle of their co-headlining European tour with PELICAN. Following, they will kick-off the second US leg of their Death Is This Communion World Tour in mid-January. This five-week winter tour will include support from A LIFE ONCE LOST and SAVIOURS.

Also joining the tour on various dates will be guests RWAKE, CAR BOMB, INTRONAUT and ARCHONS. A listing of these tour dates follows with more details being announced shortly.

HIGH ON FIRE are set to kick-off their second headlining US tour in support of their new album, Death Is This Communion. This five week tour will begin on January 17th in Santa Cruz, CA and will include support from A LIFE ONCE LOST and SAVIOURS. Also joining the tour on various dates will be guests RWAKE, CAR BOMB, INTRONAUT, and ARCHONS. A complete listing of these tour dates can be found below.

The band recently returned from a co-headlining European tour with PELICAN in support of Death Is This Communion. The group has also just announced their involvement in the 2008 edition of Gigantour, set to kick-off in mid-April, along with MEGADEATH, IN FLAMES, JOB FOR A COWBOY and more.
