DIVINEFIRE Issue Final Studio Album, NARNIA To Release 10th Anniversary Best Of In August




DIVINEFIRE, the Christian metal project featuring Finnish composer/drummer Jani Stefanovic and NARNIA singer vocalist Christian Rivel will record their final studio album titled Farewell to say thank you for the fantastic support through the years.

"Christian Rivel vocalist of Divinefire and record label owner of Rivel Records took some time off after releasing Into A New Dimension. He has been in New York together with his wife Jannine during Feb - April this year watching musicals and concerts to get some ideas for future albums and live production and he did some small promotion as well. He is also in the process of working with his solo album with focus on keyboards & vocals.

When Christian arrived home from the US he and his bandmates in Narnia including Divinefire bass player Andreas Olsson started working on their 10th anniversary best of album and forthcoming tour. It will be a cool digipack 2CD called Decade Of Confession release date is set for August. Narnia recorded some new material. On Decade Of Confession you will get 27 songs to summary their first ten years as Narnia. Their first album Awakening was released on July 18, 1997.

Narnia will also tour to push this release and start of the tour in Holland on August 16 at the Flevo Festival and it will be the biggest live production so far for Narnia, including a co-operation with magician Jimmy Carlsson who is well known in Sweden and he has worked in Las Vegas as well. Jimmy is a diehard Narnia fan and he is a Christian believer as well. They are now in the preparations for this production and it feels very exciting. Special music has been composed especially for the live show. Jimmy is really looking forward to performing with Narnia.

Andreas Olsson has also recorded a new album with Rob Rock called Garden Of Chaos planned for release in Autumn 2007.

Jani Stefanovic released two debut albums earlier this year with his bands ESSENCE OF SORROW & MISERATION. Both albums have received great response in the media. He will also start touring with Essence Of Sorrow this summer. Jani is also mixing the debut album of the new great melodic metal band from Sweden called REIN XEED and their album The Light. Rein Xeed are signed to Rivel Records. At last he is also involved in the Finnish metal band MEHIDA who are signed to Napalm Records and will release their debut album this year and touring is also being planned.

With the forthcoming and final studio album Divinefire will say thanks for all the incredible support. Special thanks especially to our Japanese fans and Kaz Nakatsuka and King Records. We are in the working process right now.

Two very special guests are already confirmed for Farewell - lead guitarist Carl Johan (GRIMMARK , Narnia, Rob Rock) and Christian Rivel's younger brother Hubertus Liljegren (CRIMSON MOONLIGHT & SANCTIFICA) on growling vocals.

We were very proud with the result and response of Into A New Dimension and the album topped the album chart in Sweden Rock Magazine, the biggest rock magazine in Scandinavia. It will be hard to top this album but we will try to do our best to deliver a powerful album with a heavenly hope and divine metal music.
