Barry Donaghy has launched an official MySpace page, which features four solo songs available for streaming. Fans can check out the page
http://myspace.com/barrydonaghy . Donaghy has issued the following statement:
"It's been a long process, but I finally have some solo material for you to hear. These songs were written over the course of a long, miserable winter with my longtime friend and musical colleague, Boris Novosel. I have been working on and off with Boris for 20 years in different projects.
Nobody has heard these songs yet (including my other bandmates), so I'm just gonna throw them out there and see what kind of reaction they get. The songs may not be what you'd expect from someone who has been thrashing around in hard rock/metal projects. As much as I enjoy heavy music, I have always had a love for mellow singer/songwriters like James Taylor.
