RISING DREAM Sign Major Label Deal

BW&BK has received the following update on Croatia-based metallers RISING DREAM:

Dallas Records and Rising Dream signed an exclusive contract just before issuing their debut album, Failed Apocalypse, which will, under the auspices of Dallas Records, hit the market on July 1st, 2008.

Dallas Records stands as the biggest major record label in Croatia, Slovenia and the region. Already, in the very beginning, this album seems noteworthy for statistics and audiophiles, as it seems incredible that Rising Dream is the first rock group of urban character in the history of Zadar scene that has ever signed a label contract.

Also, in accordance with the costs, production, multimedia and visual equipment, this album is the most expensive metal album ever recorded in Croatia, and Dallas Records will issue it as a CD with the addition of multimedia, a rich booklet, as well as the additional hard paper cover, which is unusual for any debut album.

Rising Dream built their career mainly on the foreign market, playing at huge open air festivals, together with the greatest performers in the genre. So, in the four-year-career-path they supported or played on the same stage with the metal giants such as HELLOWEEN, DEEP PURPLE, MOTORHEAD, URIAH HEEP, STRATOVARIUS, AMON AMARTH, CHILDREN OF BODOM, SEPULTURA, etc.

Summer 2008 will bring them new festivals appearances and other concerts as part of their Failed Tour 2008, and central event will be the stadium spectacle, as Rising Dream will play as the special guest show with the minimum of 35,000 attendants at the IRON MAIDEN concert on Poljud Stadium, Split.
