| AYREON - MAGNUM Frontman Confirmed As 10th Vocalist AYREON, the project of Dutch guitarist/composer Arjen Lucassen, has issued the following update: " MAGNUM's legendary frontman Bob Catley flew in from England to sing at the Electric Castle for the upcoming Ayreon album. You can check out all about Bob on his official MySpace and website. Check out Magnum's official site as well, for upcoming tour dates." A sample from Bob's recording session for the upcoming Ayreon release can be heard here. Other vocalists scheduled to appear on the CD, tentatively due late 2007/early 2008, include former THE GATHERING singer Anneke van Giersbergen (AGUA DE ANNIQUE), Jonas P. Renske (KATATONIA), Jorn Lande (MASTERPLAN), Tom S. Englund (EVERGREY), Ty Tabor (KING'S X), Magali Luyten (VIRUS IV), Simone Simons (EPICA), Liselotte Hegt (DIAL) and Lucassen himself. A total of fifteen singers will appear on the album.
