Austrian Company Sues Bulgarian Partner Over Gains From Concerts From APOCALYPTICA And Others
Bulgaria's Sofia News Agency (
www.novinite.com ) has issued the following report:
Austrian company Rock And More will sue it's former Bulgarian partner for EUR 390,000 of outstanding debts.
The lawsuit is against one of Pick And More's directors - Krum Manuilov. The representative of Rock And More for Bulgaria, David Lieberberg claims Manuilov owes them EUR 390,000 out of the gains from concerts staged by STING, 50 CENT and
APOCALYPTICA in Bulgaria, Darik News reported.
The money had to be transferred to the Austrians but this still hasn't been done, Teodora Karoleeva from Darik News reported.
Lieberberg had second complaints that many of the promised concerts failed to take place and still many people have not received refunds from the JENNIFER LOPEZ concert. "What happened with Anastacia, Mariah Carey and Alice Cooper?" asks Lieberberg.
Two other companies that organize concerts backed up Lieberberg in his statement. The managing directors of Joker Media and Sofia Music Enterprises are confident that these concert frauds reflect on their business. They say people no longer believe promises that invited world-famous musicians would ever come.
"I don't want to comment these people. We'll see them in court," the director of Pick And More, Ivayla Bakalova told Darik News.
